Home insurance cover

Hi. I live in a sectional with body corporate responsible for walls, roof, and geyser. I have contents insurance with you. I was quoted low and my premiums keep rising although I never had a claim. I am seriously think of switching to a lower price insurer if you do not lower your premiums (R200 a month for about R100 000 worth of content).. Thank you

Changes to Policy Removing Items

So annoyed you make it easy to add an item but damn hard to remove an item - typical of you sales focused companies. What is so hard to allow us to enter a make change to remove and item and follow a process online to have this done. I dont want to waste further time with a call back so suggest you use technology fully and automate this via sms

Assistance with claim

I just want to thank everyone who helped us with our recent claim. We were robbed on Friday morning on the way to work. We stopped at the Engen Big Bird garage quickly. I went into the shop and my husband stayed in the car. I locked the car when I got out. My husband heard the car unlock again and heard the boot open. When he turned around, he saw an individual digging through our bags in the boot. He shouted and got out of the car and made chase. Unfortunately, they got away with his laptop bag containing his laptop, ipad and all his work documents. It was such a traumatic experience for us both. Fortunately, no one was harmed. Dealing with Outsurance has made this whole ordeal just a little easy to deal with. The process was clear, quick, easy and hassle free. I am so glad that I have been an Outsurance customer for the last 18+ years and I intend to keep it that way. Thank you to all of you. And thank you for caring.
